NOTES:
(1) Any motor vehicle in violation of this provision shall be towed, with the towing charge paid by the owner of the vehicle. This restriction shall apply between the dates of December 1 to March 1 of the following year. All police officers having jurisdiction may authorize the removal of any vehicle parked where prohibited after proper signs have been posted. The owner of the vehicle shall be responsible for all expenses incurred.
(2) Said parking spaces shall be utilized for citizens on city business only.
(3) This provision does not prohibit angle parking on the east one-half of the block, as is provided in Chapter 75, Schedule II.
(4) This space shall be used as a bus stop only during prohibited parking times.
