NOTES:
(1) Unless said motor vehicle is parked parallel to the highway and at least 12 feet from the marked centerline thereof.
(2) Except that any motor vehicle designed to carry 6 persons or less or any second division vehicle with a 1-ton capacity or less or any motor vehicle loading or unloading passengers for a reasonable time shall not be prohibited from parking in said location.
(3) Other than parallel to the center line of said Broadway Street with the outer side of said motor vehicle no further than 12 inches from the curb.

(10) Unless said vehicle is parked with the front thereof headed toward the south right-of-way line of Main Street and located at an angle so that the center line of the vehicle lies 45 degrees west of the north and the vehicle is located within the established lines painted on the street for parking purposes.
(11) Unless said vehicle is parked to the north of and parallel to the traveled portion of Main Street.
(12) Parking is allowed along the east side of 10th Street from its intersection with Keokuk Street to a point 70 feet south of its intersection with Keokuk Street.
(13) All police officers having jurisdiction may authorize the removal of any vehicle parked where prohibited after proper signs have been posted. The owner of the vehicle shall be responsible for all expenses incurred.
(14) Motor vehicles in violation will be towed, the towing charge paid by the owner of the vehicle.
