(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any railroad company refusing or neglecting to place and maintain the signal, as required by § 157.02 shall forfeit and pay to the said city $50 per day for each and every day it shall refuse or neglect to do so, and upon violation hereof, it is hereby made the duty of the City Attorney to promptly commence and prosecute suit for the recovery of such penalty or penalties in the name of such city in any court of competent jurisdiction.
