§ 92.32 DISPOSAL OF MATTER.

   (A)   Matter prohibited for disposal. It is expressly prohibited to dispose of any material other than vegetative matter, as designated in this subchapter, at the VWDS, and any depositing of garbage, trash, or other materials not within the definition of vegetative matter shall be unlawful and shall be a violation of this subchapter.

   (B)   Disposal for hire. Any person disposing of vegetative matter for hire is expressly prohibited from utilizing the area designated in § 92.30(A) hereof or disposing of any vegetative matter on the area designated in § 92.30(A).

   (C)   Time of disposal. Disposing of vegetative matter at the VWDS shall only be during the time the site is open as designated by this subchapter, and it shall be a violation of this subchapter for any other person to deposit any vegetative matter at the VWDS at any time other than as designated in this subchapter.
