(A) Vegetative Waste Disposal Site (VWDS). The area at 260 N. 2nd Street, Hamilton, Illinois, is hereby designated the Vegetative Waste Disposal Site (VWDS) for vegetative matter by the citizens of the city for utilization to dispose of vegetative matter originating on residents’ properties and business properties and other properties situated within the city.

(B) Hours of operation. The VWDS shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

(C) Persons authorized to use disposal site. Only residents of the city or businesses situated within the city or persons owning property within the city are authorized to utilize the VWDS and to dump vegetative matter at said disposal site during the hours stated in division (B) above.

(D) Matter that may be dumped. Only vegetative matter originating on real estate situated within the city may be dumped at the VWDS.
