§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The making of any connection to any sewer or drain without said permit shall subject the person making the same and the owner or occupant of the premises directing it to a penalty of not less than $10 for each and every day said connection shall remain after notice by the Committee to close, remove, or discontinue the same.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 52.18 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, and each day on which such violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation.

   (D)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 52.54(A) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 52.54(B) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
