305.07 RESERVATION OF POWER TO COUNCIL.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 305.04, Council may override any decision of the Traffic Engineer and may, by ordinance, repeal or amend any temporary rule or regulation promulgated by the Traffic Engineer. (Ord. 76-3-17. Passed 3-24-76.)
