305.05 RECORDS.

The Traffic Engineer shall keep a record of all rules, regulations and proceedings promulgated pursuant to the authority given to him in Section 305.04. Copies of such rules, regulations and proceedings, when certified by him, shall be competent evidence in all courts. (Ord. 76-3-17. Passed 3-24-76.)
