187.01 PROSECUTION OF ORDINANCE AND CHARTER VIOLATIONS.

All prosecutions for offenses against the provisions of the Charter or ordinances of the City shall be brought and prosecuted in the Municipal Court of Hamilton in the manner prescribed by law and by the rules of court made in pursuance of law.
