186.07 CONDITIONS FOR RETURN TO EMPLOYMENT FOLLOWING A POSITIVE TEST.
Employees who re-enter the administrative service of the City or return to private employment on a project undertaken by the City following an unsatisfactory substance abuse test result shall be subject to the conditions which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
(a) A release to work statement from an approved treatment specialist;
(b) A negative return to duty test for drugs, controlled substances and/or alcohol; and
(c) Periodic testing for one year.
