181.09 RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES NOT INCLUDED UNDER THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM PRIOR TO MAY 15, 1962.

   Effective December 1, 1988, as hereinafter set forth in Sections 181.091 to 181.093, there is hereby established certain retirement benefits for those employees of the City who were not included under the Public Employees Retirement System prior to May 15, 1962 and who were included under Group Annuity Contract No. 226 of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
