1913.27 GRADING AND DRAINAGE.

   (a)    All exterior property shall provide and maintain adequate grade and drainage to prevent the erosion of soil and to prevent the accumulation of stagnant water, including, but not limited to, accumulation within structures or the public right-of-way including public sidewalks or streets, with the exception of water retention areas, reservoirs, or other systems approved by the Director of Engineering or his or her designee.
