175.12 FEDERAL AND STATE ASSISTANCE.

   The cost of urban renewal activities may be paid in whole or in part by the City from any City funds available and appropriated therefor, and the City may accept grants or loans from the State or Federal Governments or other entities to be used for the planning and financing of urban renewal project area activities. The City Manager and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take such administrative steps as are necessary and appropriate from time to time to obtain federal or state aid to assist in the financing of urban renewal projects.
