175.05 SUBMISSION OF PLAN TO PLANNING COMMISSION.

After a proposed urban renewal plan has been prepared, it shall be submitted by the Director of the Department of Community Development and Planning or his designee to the Planning Commission, together with supporting studies and reports, for its review.
