349.09 FEES FOR LOW-SPEED FOR HIRE VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

Every driver of a low-speed for hire vehicle shall pay to the Director of Finance the sum of forty dollars ($40.00) upon issuance of an operator's license, and the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) per year for each annual renewal.
