349.02 LICENSES REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate a low-speed for hire vehicle upon the public streets and/or alleys of the City without obtaining a valid low-speed for hire vehicle license from the Director of Finance. Such license shall be issued for the calendar year and shall expire on December 31 of each year, unless sooner suspended or revoked by the Director of Finance.

(b) No person shall operate a low-speed for hire vehicle upon the public streets and/or alleys of the City without obtaining a valid operator's license from the Director of Finance. Such license shall be issued for the calendar year and shall expire on December 31 of each year, unless sooner suspended or revoked by the Director of Finance.

(c) Application for a license for low-speed for hire vehicles and low-speed for hire vehicle operator's license shall be made by the owner upon blank forms furnished by the Director of Finance, and shall comply with the revisions of this Chapter.
