173.10 SPACE ASSIGNMENT IN CITY BUILDINGS.

   Council shall by resolution determine what space in the City Hall or in other buildings belonging to or occupied by the City shall be devoted to its own use, and for the use and occupancy of the Municipal Court, the Mayor and the City Clerk. All other space in the City Hall and in other buildings belonging to or occupied by the City shall be assigned by the City Manager to the use and occupancy of the various other departments and offices of the City.
