173.09 DISPOSAL OF PARK AND RECREATION LANDS.
(a) A public hearing is held by Council at a regular meeting after thirty days notice thereof by publication.
(b) A written report is submitted by the City Manager to Council setting forth his recommendation and the findings of the Recreation Commission.
(c) A written report is submitted to Council by the Planning Commission with its recommendations.
