173.09 DISPOSAL OF PARK AND RECREATION LANDS.

No lands owned by the City used or designated for park or recreation purposes shall be sold, traded or disposed of except in compliance with Sections 173.07 and 173.08, and until the following requirements are complied with:

(a) A public hearing is held by Council at a regular meeting after thirty days notice thereof by publication.

(b) A written report is submitted by the City Manager to Council setting forth his recommendation and the findings of the Recreation Commission.

(c) A written report is submitted to Council by the Planning Commission with its recommendations.
