1935.05 ENFORCEMENT OF VACATION ORDER BY FIRE OR POLICE CHIEF.

      When the order to vacate has not been complied with, and the Executive Director of External Services certifies that fact to the Fire Chief or Police Chief, together with a copy of the order, it shall be the duty of the Fire Chief or Police chief to enforce such order to vacate and to cause the property to be vacated in accordance with the terms of the order.
