1931.99 PENALTY.

      (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor.

   (b)    Whoever violates any prohibition contained in Section 1931.22 , in addition to any other penalty authorized by law, shall be assessed any costs incurred by the City in disposing of such junk vehicle, non-operating vehicle or vehicle part, plus administrative costs in the amount of twenty-five (25%) percent of the total costs incurred, and less any money accruing to the City from such disposal.

   (c)    A separate offense may be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (d)    The provisions of this chapter are specifically intended to impose strict liability.
