173.03 CITY STOREROOM FUND.

   Whenever articles, commodities, supplies, materials or equipment are purchased and delivered to the general storerooms or warehouses of the City, in anticipation of requisitions from the several departments and offices, and it is impracticable at the time of such delivery to apportion the cost thereof or any part of such cost to the several departments and offices, payment shall be made from the City Storeroom Fund of the Division of Purchases and Supplies, to be repaid by the several departments and offices as they receive such supplies upon requisition.
