173.02 PERPETUAL INVENTORY.

The City Purchasing Agent shall cause a perpetual inventory to be taken of all items in his charge, and shall compare such inventory with the stock records of the same day, and shall furnish copies thereof, showing such comparison, to the Director of Finance and to the City Manager upon request. (1931 Code §16.4170)
