   1931.16 LITTER ON VACANT LAND.
      (a)    No person shall throw or deposit litter on any open or vacant private property within the City, whether owned by such person or not.
   (b)    Vacant lots shall be kept free of litter at all times by the person responsible for the vacant lot. (Ord. 2022-4-26. Passed 4-13-22.)
