1921.12 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.

Every owner or operator of a dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, and/or rooming unit shall be responsible for all environmental requirements contained in Chapter 1913 and all space and occupancy requirements contained in Chapter 1917, except as otherwise provided in the Housing Code.
