   1909.58 TRAILER.
      "Trailer" means a movable living unit equipped with a chassis, but lacking any of the following mechanical systems and equipment:
      (a)    Plumbing; or
      (b)    Heating; or
      (c)    Electrical; or
      (d)    Cooking; or
      (e)    Refrigeration.
