1909.34 NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.

      “Non-Residential Property" means:

      (a)    (1)    A lot or tract of land;

            (2)    A building or other structure; or

            (3)    Grounds

      which is/are:

      (b)    (1)    Used;

            (2)    Intended to be used; or

            (3)    Last actively used

      primarily for non-residential purposes.
