1909.31 MOBILE HOME.

     "Mobile Home" means a movable living unit equipped with a chassis and provided with the following mechanical equipment:

      (a)    Plumbing, and

      (b)    Heating, and

      (c)    Electrical, and

      (d)    Cooking, and

      (e)    Refrigeration.
