171.01 DUTIES OF PURCHASING AGENT.

   The City Purchasing Agent shall supervise all general storerooms and warehouses of the City, and all storekeepers, stockkeepers and other persons employed in such general storerooms and warehouses shall work under his supervision. He shall have authority to increase or diminish the number of general storerooms and warehouses, with the approval in each case of the Director of Finance and the City Manager. He shall further be subject to such rules and regulations promulgated by the Director of Finance or the City Manager in furtherance of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2013-9-79. Passed 9-25-13.)
