1905.14 NOTICE.

Whenever any building, structure, dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, rooming unit, or property, has been designated as unfit for human habitation as provided in Section 1905.13, the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, may place a notice on the building, structure, dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, rooming unit, or property, indicating that it is unfit for human habitation.
