1905.11 EXTENSION OF COMPLIANCE TIME.

The Executive Director of External Services and/or his or her designee may extend the compliance time specified in any order contained in a notice of violation issued under the provisions of the Housing or Property Maintenance Codes where there is evidence of intent to comply within the period specified, provided that reasonable conditions exist which prevent immediate compliance.
