1905.06 FINAL ORDER.

Any order contained in a notice of violation provided for in Section 1905.05 shall automatically become a final order if written petition for a hearing as provided for in Section 1905.26 is not filed in the office of the Executive Director of External Services within five (5) days after receipt of the notice.
