169.10 AFFIDAVIT OF BIDDER - CITY INCOME TAX NUMBER.

   The City shall not enter into any contract, regardless of the type or nature or amount of the contract, that will result in the creation of income within the City of Hamilton which is subject to the income tax imposed by Chapter 191, unless attached to the contract documents is an affidavit signed by the bidder or an authorized representative of the bidder declaring the Hamilton City Income Tax Number of the contracting party. Should such an affidavit not be attached to a contract to which one should have been attached when it is executed by the City Manager, upon discovery of the omission, no further draws upon such contract shall be permitted unless and until such an affidavit is completed and submitted to the City Purchasing Agent.
