169.08 EXECUTION AND FILING OF CONTRACTS.

All contracts shall be executed in the name of the City by the City Manager and approved as to form by the Director of Law. Original contracts shall be filed in the office of the Director of Finance and Purchasing Agent, and a copy shall be filed in the office of the director of the department concerned.
