169.04 TABULATION AND SUMMARY OF BIDS.

All bids shall be properly tabulated and summarized immediately after being read, and such tabulation and summary shall become a public record in the office of the department concerned, or in the office of the City Purchasing Agent, in case the contract does not solely concern any one department.
