1775.07 CONNECTION OF PLUMBING FIXTURE.

No person shall install or maintain any sink, water closet or other plumbing fixture unless it is directly connected with a public sewer, or with a septic tank, or with a septic tank and leaching well, which in either case is constructed and maintained as required by law and ordinance.
