1775.01 TOWELS IN LAVATORIES.

No person in charge of any lavatory or wash room, other than in the private residence of such person and his household, shall provide therein or thereabout any towel for the use of any person, which towel has previously been used by any person, and which has not been thoroughly cleansed since it was last so used.
