1751.16 PARKING AND TRAFFIC CONTROL.

Parking facilities off of public roadways shall be provided to fully serve all reasonably anticipated requirements at the temporary mass gathering at a rate of no more than:

(a) One hundred (100) passenger cars per usable acre; or

(b) Eighty (80) buses per usable acre.
