1751.12 SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL.

(a) Solid waste disposal sites at the temporary mass gathering shall be in compliance with Ohio Revised Code chapter 3734 and the regulations adopted thereunder.

(b) Adequate and sanitary facilities at the temporary mass gathering shall be provided and maintained for the storage, collection, and disposal of solid waste.

(c) Sanitary methods shall be used for the collection, temporary storage, handling, and disposal of solid waste from the temporary mass gathering.

(d) Solid waste containers shall be emptied as often as necessary.
