1751.10 HANDWASHING FACILITIES.

   (a)    Suitable and adequate handwashing facilities shall be provided and shall be convenient to the toilets, privies, and food handling facilities at the temporary mass gathering.

   (b)    Handwashing facilities at the temporary mass gathering shall be provided in the ratio as established by BB-65-24 of the Ohio Building Code.

   (c)    The handwashing facilities at the temporary mass gathering shall be maintained in a clean condition at all times.
