1751.09 ELECTRICITY AND LIGHTING.

(a) The site and all common use facilities at the temporary mass gathering shall be provided with adequate light to illuminate the entire area at all times.

(b) All wiring and lighting fixtures shall be installed and maintained in a safe condition in compliance with the City of Hamilton's Building Regulations.

(c) All lighting at the temporary mass gathering shall be controlled so as not to reflect on any area beyond the boundary of the site.
