1751.07 TOILET FACILITIES.

   (a)    Toilet facilities, including privies, shall be constructed, located, and maintained so as to prevent any nuisance or public health hazard.

   (b)    Water closets or privy seats for each sex shall be in the ratio as established by BB-65-24 of the Ohio Building Code.

   (c)    Toilet facilities shall be so located as to be conveniently available.

   (d)    Privy contents shall be emptied and disposed of in a sanitary manner as often as necessary.

   (e)    The toilet facilities shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and an adequate supply of toilet tissue shall be readily available at all times.
