1751.06 LIQUID WASTE DISPOSAL.

   (a)    Sewage disposal systems shall be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the standards prescribed by the Ohio Department of Health and the City's Health Department.

   (b)    Plans for proposed new or modified facilities for the satisfactory disposal or treatment of sewage for a temporary mass gathering shall be submitted to and approved by the Ohio Department of Health and the Health Department.

   (c)    Sewage facilities shall be constructed and be operational at least forty-eight (48) hours before the first day of the temporary mass gathering.

      (d)    Suitable drains and watertight receptacles shall be provided for receiving liquid wastes other than body excrete.

   (e)    Liquid wastes of any kind shall not be discharged to or allowed to accumulate on the ground's surface.
