1731.05 DELEGATION OF BOARD OF HEALTH POWERS.

The making of decisions and issuance of orders as provided for in Part Seventeen of this code may be delegated by the Board of Health to the Commissioner Of Health, and when so delegated the making of any such decision or the issuance of any such order by the Commissioner of Health shall have the same effect as the code of ordinances provides for the opinion, decision or order of the Board of Health.
