1731.03 PROCEDURE HEREIN NOT EXCLUSIVE.

The procedures, methods of enforcement and penalties provided in Part Seventeen of this code shall be held to be in addition to and in no way taking the place of or modifying or repealing the procedures, methods of enforcement and penalties provided in the laws of Ohio, and the ordinances of the City of Hamilton relating to the Board of Health and the Department of Buildings and Inspections.
