167.06 PUBLISHING LEGISLATION.

It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to see that ordinances and resolutions are promptly and correctly published, and to furnish all transcripts, orders and certificates lawfully required of the Clerk by any person, and to authenticate the same by the Clerk's signature under the Clerk's seal. (1931 Code §12.2722)
