1191.04 EARLY CONSULTATION.

   Before preparing and submitting the Preliminary Plat to the Planning Commission, the Subdivider or their engineer shall consult with the Director of Engineering while the plat is in sketch form, to ascertain the location of proposed highways, roads, utilities, drainage improvements, parks, playgrounds, and other planned developments. The Subdivider shall notify the Director of Engineering at the time of early consultation if the Subdivider intends to submit a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for consolidated review in accordance with Section 1191.08 herein.
