1191.02 COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN STANDARDS.
In planning and developing a subdivision, the applicant shall comply with the general principles of design and the minimum requirements for the layout of a subdivision as set forth in Chapter 1195: Design Standards, and with the rules and regulations concerning required improvements set forth in Chapter 1199: Improvements.
