158.01 FEES FOR STATE OR FEDERAL PROCESSING SERVICES.

In addition to any fees and charges heretofore or hereafter established by the City for its services in processing various applications, applicants shall be required to pay to the City any fees or charges incurred by it for the services of any State or federal agency in processing such applications. (Ord. 82-2-7. Passed 2-10-82.)
