157.02 ESTABLISHMENT.

   There is hereby created and established the Hamilton Youth Commission which shall serve in an advisory capacity to Council, the City Manager, and the Administration. The Youth Commission shall be composed of 16 members, each of whom shall be a resident of Hamilton and shall be either a sophomore, junior, or senior attending either a high school within the corporate limits or outside the corporate limits of the City. The members of the Youth Commission shall designate, by simple majority vote, a Chair and Vice-Chair for the Commission.
