153.05 KEEPING OF RECORDS.
   The secretary of the Advisory Board of Health shall keep a full and accurate record of the proceedings of the Board, together with a record of diseases reported to the Director of Public Health and on termination of his office shall turn over to his successor, books, records, papers and other matter belonging to the Board. A copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be filed with the Director.
